Postdoctoral Researcher | Biomedical AI & Generalizable Graph Learning
Hi! I am a postdoctoral researcher at the Bioinformatics Institute, Seoul National University, working with Prof. Sun Kim in the Bio & Health Informatics (BHI) Lab. My research lies at the intersection of graph machine learning, clinical informatics, and AI-driven drug discovery. I build learning models that are: ๐น Robust to distribution shifts, ๐น Interpretable for clinical insight, ๐น Generalizable across biomedical environments.
